- Businesses and Captains should agree upon reward terms in advance, and Mister Goody is not responsible for disputes related to rewards.
- Data Privacy and Security
- Mister Goody operates on a peer-to-peer model to enhance data privacy and security. However, users should exercise caution and take necessary security measures when using the application.
- Subscription
- Businesses can choose from annual or monthly subscription plans. Subscription fees are non-refundable.
- Termination
- Mister Goody reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms and conditions.
- Limitation of Liability
- Mister Goody is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use or misuse of the application, including but not limited to financial losses, disputes, or data breaches.
